A class focussed on the needs of peri-menopausal and menopausal women. Maintain your muscolo-skeletal, circulatory, and digestive health. A slower paced class to build balance, and strength, staying in the parasympathetic nervous system to relieve stress and anxiety and promote quality sleep.
Casual attendance welcome, join the class at any point during the term.
